About The Black Stuff
The Black Stuff | Dublin is a brand that takes pride in delivering handmade, natural soap to both Irish and American customers. Founded by John Larkin, who started as a solopreneur, the brand has now grown to include four full-time employees and a few part-timers. John's goal is to provide a wonderful product that represents wholesomeness, honesty, hard work, and heritage.
All soap is created in his small Dublin workspace, and to cater to American customers, some products are shipped to the states where there is a fulfillment partner. In case of any issues, John's brother in LA is on hand to assist. The name The Black Stuff pays homage to the iconic black Irish stout, Guinness.
