The Blue Art

The Blue Art is the contemporary art brand of Gerd Jahns, based in Niederkassel near Bonn, Germany. Its original paintings bring together music, travel, memory and emotion, creating a personal visual world shaped by rhythm and movement. Working primarily with professional oil and acrylic techniques, Jahns explores color, texture and structure across works that range from abstraction to expressive, mood-led imagery. Jahns was born near Bonn in 1956, and his creative path has included design, life in the music scene and extensive travel. These experiences continue to inform the composition and energy of his art.
