The Center for Counseling and Consultation is a behavioral health provider serving individuals and families across a four-county community in Central Kansas. Since 1968, it has offered compassionate, practical support for children, adults, and seniors facing mental health, social, family, and substance use challenges. Its licensed professionals provide therapy and counseling, crisis care, medication management, peer support, and substance use recovery services.
The Center also offers community-based support for adults and children, veteran services, and assistance with housing and employment. Clients can connect with care by visiting a service location, calling the Center, or using its intake process to meet with a care coordinator and provider. Services are designed around each person’s needs, with support plans developed collaboratively.
As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, The Center is committed to keeping cost from becoming a barrier and provides a sliding fee scale. Based in Great Bend, Kansas, it also serves clients through locations in Larned, Lyons, and Stafford, with a 24-hour crisis line available for urgent support
