About Oswego County Opportunities
Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) is a private, nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Through its Centers for Reproductive Health, OCO has provided accessible medical care in Oswego County, New York, as part of its broader health and nutrition work to promote wellness and strengthen communities. The Fulton center has offered women’s and men’s health care, menopause care, sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment, HIV testing and counseling, birth control and contraception management, pregnancy testing and services, emergency contraception, and referrals to specialists and other agencies.
The center also provided urgent reproductive health appointments, which could generally be arranged within 24 hours of calling. OCO accepted major insurance plans and offered an income-based sliding fee discount for eligible patients, with an onsite enroller for the Family Planning Benefit Program. The Oswego center is no longer seeing patients.
OCO has announced that its reproductive health program is no longer accepting patients and will close on October 31, 2026
