The Circle Community is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports women in business through collaboration, education, and mutual support. Its vision is to help women build stronger businesses and, in turn, strengthen families, communities, and local economies. The organization works alongside The BWC® to expand access to learning and entrepreneurial resources.

The Circle Community raises funds to support women business owners through three main initiatives. The Annual Forum connects and educates participants, while the Myrna Marofsky Scholarship Fund helps remove financial barriers to ongoing peer support and education. The Jackie Wurm Grant Program awards two to three micro-grants of $2,500 to $5,000, paired with a one-year BWC® membership, strategic implementation support, and customized resource matching. The organization also helps women access workshops and events offered through The BWC®.

Through financial assistance, professional development, and supportive relationships, The Circle Community aims to help women grow their businesses and themselves. Its work recognizes that successful women entrepreneurs can create flexible employment, mentor others, support local businesses, and contribute to community well-being.
