Citylink, a smart-building platform from Citywide Automation Inc., helps property owners, operators, and residents manage connected building systems through one integrated ecosystem. Its flexible software framework brings together Life Tech, Prop Tech, hardware, software, and mobile applications, enabling real-time communication across building operations and personal devices. The platform is designed to simplify complex, dispersed systems while supporting customizable, easy-to-use experiences and addressing data privacy concerns.

Citylink’s solutions include building security and access control, entry systems, smart locks, smart lockers, leak detection, and license plate recognition. Residents can use the Citylink mobile app to control unit features, while a centralized room control unit can automate lighting, heating and air conditioning, curtains, and security. Smart thermostat control, a smart tablet, and a property management application are also available. The management dashboard helps teams monitor building operations and respond in real time, and customer support is available for technical issues. Citylink’s project portfolio includes developments such as Brightwater and The Saint, where its technology supports connected living and building management.
