The Clementine Food Trailer

The Clementine is a plant-based food trailer and mobile bar serving seasonal street food from a 1957 Aloha trailer. Its approach brings together delicious, wholesome food and a commitment to thoughtful sourcing and waste reduction. The menu changes with the seasons and features smoothies, sandwiches, hearty salads, dairy-free “nice cream,” desserts, fresh fruit, and vegetables. To help reduce its carbon footprint, The Clementine uses biodegradable and compostable food packaging and supports local farms when possible.

Alongside its food service, the trailer can be booked as a mobile bar for weddings, reunions, parties, and other special occasions. Its compact design allows it to fit into many event spaces, adding a distinctive, personal touch for guests. The Clementine offers party packages through its mobile bar service and also provides catering and event options. With its combination of seasonal plant-based fare, dairy-free treats, and flexible event service, The Clementine is designed to bring a welcoming food and beverage experience to gatherings.
