the Combat 365's

Combat 365 is a martial arts and combat training program based at 79 East Main Street in Elmsford, New York. Its offerings include boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, hybrid martial arts, Kali, and close-quarters combat (CQC). Training may cover technique, defense, conditioning, cardio, bag and pad work, and optional sparring. The hybrid martial arts system combines striking, throws, takedowns, ground work, joint locks and manipulation, defensive tactics, sparring, and weapons. Kali introduces Filipino weapons-based martial arts alongside empty-hand techniques, while CQC emphasizes practical, pressure-tested defensive tactics designed for combat situations.

The program is led by instructors with extensive martial arts and combat experience. Master Lee has 34 years of experience and certifications spanning martial arts, combatives, CQC, weapons, and canine handling. Sensei A.J. Brugger is a certified instructor and karate black belt with 26 years of experience, drawing on backgrounds that include Kyokushin, Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu, Cuong Nhu, kickboxing, self-defense, and wrestling. Drop-ins are welcome.
