About The Cooking Lab
The Cooking Lab is a culinary school in the Bergamo area, welcoming food enthusiasts to learn, cook and share in a practical, convivial setting. Its 400-square-metre premises include equipped teaching rooms, an event space and a concept store featuring selected food products and professional kitchen tools. Courses are led by professional chefs and industry experts, with a hands-on approach across Italian and international cooking, pastry, baking and plant-based cuisine.
The calendar includes workshops for different interests and skill levels, as well as advanced masterclasses for professionals and experienced enthusiasts. Beyond regular classes, The Cooking Lab organises cooking team-building experiences, show cooking and customised events, and offers its venue for hire. Customers can also choose gift cards to give someone a culinary experience.
