The Couples Therapy Clinic

The Couples Therapy Clinic provides relationship counselling for couples and individuals, with particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent couples. Led by relationship therapist Sharon Weingarten, the clinic offers a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental environment, tailoring evidence-based therapy to each client’s needs and goals. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth.

Services include couples therapy to improve communication, resolve conflict and rebuild emotional connection; neurodivergent couples therapy designed around the distinct experiences of partners where one or both are neurodivergent; and couples intensives for focused work on persistent challenges and relationship patterns. Individual therapy supports people navigating a breakup, changing unhelpful habits and making positive changes. The clinic also provides therapy for adult siblings and parent-child relationships.

Sharon holds a Master of Counselling and specialist training in integrative couple therapy, emotionally focused therapy, neurodiversity and relationships, among other areas. Her experience includes helping clients address life transitions, parenting concerns, sexual desire differences and relationship strain, with the aim of supporting lasting understanding, mutual respect and stronger bonds.
