The Crown Jewel Incentive

The Crown Jewel Incentive is an equestrian program designed to reward participation in reining, improve the marketability of horses and stallions, and create long-term value for breeders, owners, competitors, and other industry professionals. Its centerpiece is The Crown Jewel Futurity, held at the High Roller Reining Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada. The NRHA-approved event offers Level 4 Open and Level 2 Open divisions for three-year-old horses, with no waiting period and zero show-management retainage on entry fees.

Horse owners can enter eligible horses without nominating a stallion, while breeders may nominate offspring and stallion owners can qualify for incentive payouts through annual participation options. The program’s Incentive Fund rewards the nominators of horses and stallions, with payouts made after results, eligibility, and tax documentation are verified. Participants can also support the program through sponsorship or donated stallion services. Launched in stages, the initiative plans to grow added money and participation from 2026 to 2029, then introduce dedicated Crown Jewel Nominated divisions in 2030.
