About THE DESIGN
THE DESIGN is a design store and gallery located in the heart of Prague, offering a curated selection of the best Czech and international designers and artists. The store showcases a unique and contemporary range of design glassware, ceramics, jewelry, and fashion accessories, as well as collectible items. Founded by Olga Rühle, Míla Umanec Bulířová, and artist Romana Drdová, THE DESIGN aims to create a space on Havelská Street that attracts both passersby and local residents who may have previously overlooked it.
The store spans over 120 square meters, occupying the ground floor and basement of a historic building that used to be a pharmacy. It is connected to its own coffee shop, Coffee Source, which can be accessed from Kotcí Street. Savor various types of coffee and pastries while exploring the unique offerings at THE DESIGN
