theDesignTap

The Design Tap by Giarrusso is a Houston-based interior and architectural design firm specializing in custom homes and distinctive, functional spaces. The team works on residential and commercial projects, tailoring its services to each client’s needs, whether the goal is simple styling, renovation, an addition, or a new build. Interior design services include color palettes, furniture and accessories, decorating, tile design, finishes, home staging, and room styling. For custom home design, the firm develops plans for new construction, remodels, and home additions.

Clients can be guided through the full design process, from initial concepts and blueprints to furniture layouts, construction documents, and installation. For larger projects, the team coordinates planning with tradespeople and contractors to help translate the design into a finished space. Room styling adds color, texture, and sculptural elements, with art and accessories sourced to suit a range of budgets. Featured project styles include European Mission, Mediterranean Estate, and Modern Spanish.
