LifeSavers Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting children and families in need in Dallas County. Its signature program, The Doctor Spot, provides safe, free pediatric primary care for children, with a clinic designed to reduce transportation barriers by locating services within local communities. The team offers well-child and sick visits, immunizations, sports physicals, vision and obesity screenings, basic laboratory tests, X-rays when indicated, prescriptions, and asthma and diabetes management. Through preventive care and early treatment, The Doctor Spot aims to help children stay healthy and in school while reducing avoidable emergency room visits.

The foundation also operates Upscale Resale, a store selling new and gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, home goods, books, media, furniture, and other merchandise. Store proceeds support The Doctor Spot and other people in need. Its Mobile Sonogram service offers free pregnancy tests and sonograms in a comfortable, confidential setting where people can explore pregnancy options without judgment. LifeSavers Foundation also welcomes volunteers and donations to advance its community services.
