The Factory is a basketball training facility based in Westland, Michigan, serving youth, middle school, and high school athletes across Metro Detroit. It helps players of varied ages and skill levels build their abilities through structured instruction, purposeful practice, and progressive repetition. Its training approach breaks skills into fundamentals, reinforces technique through practice, then challenges athletes to apply what they have learned against defenders at game speed.

Programs include 30-minute skill-specific classes and 60-minute general skills classes, offered at multiple levels. Training focuses on shooting, ball handling, finishing, off-hand development, rebounding, pick-and-roll play, and pivot-foot skills. Players can also book one-on-one private lessons or a 30-minute player development assessment, which includes evaluation, video capture, feedback, and recommended classes. Membership options support regular gym training, while the Classroom Series covers basketball terminology, rules, strategy, goal setting, mental preparation, and recruiting. The Factory also offers basketball camps throughout the year and access to The Gun for high-volume shooting practice.
