The Family Tree Baldivis is a newly opened, family-owned and operated centre located at the corner of Ingram Road and Matterhorn Road in Baldivis, Western Australia. The centre invites families to get in touch and register their interest. Its registration form collects parent or guardian contact details, the child’s name and date of birth, an anticipated start date, and the number of days per week the child is expected to attend.

Families can indicate attendance preferences from Monday to Friday. The website also provides a registration option for Aubin Grove, suggesting a connection with another Family Tree location. To enquire or request follow-up, families can contact the Baldivis centre by email or phone.

The website describes a welcoming approach and asks interested families to submit their information so a staff member can respond. It does not provide further details about programs, age groups, fees, opening hours, or specific educational services
