The Fish Janitor is a locally owned freshwater aquarium service serving the Flint Hills area. Founded by Brad, the business draws on more than 20 years of experience in the aquarium hobby to help make planted fish tanks accessible to homes and businesses. Its services include aquarium setup, aquascaping and design, and ongoing maintenance.

The Fish Janitor can help clients plan a setup around their goals, space, and budget, including sourcing the necessary equipment through other sellers or available used options. Once equipment is in place, clients can discuss aquascaping styles and suitable stocking choices, while the business handles the care and upkeep through its maintenance program. The service emphasizes ethical, sustainable setups and education, with a focus on creating balanced habitats that showcase aquatic life.

Aquariums are presented as a way to bring a calming touch of nature to offices, waiting rooms, clinics, stores, and homes. The Fish Janitor is accepting new aquarium maintenance clients for 2026 and invites customers to get in touch for advice or a consultation
