The Floor Shop is a Toronto-area flooring retailer and installation company serving homeowners, builders, designers, and decorators since 1989. With three showrooms across the Greater Toronto Area, the company offers hundreds of flooring samples and knowledgeable guidance to help customers select products suited to their rooms, style, and budget. Its range includes solid and engineered hardwood, vinyl, laminate, cork, bamboo, tile, and custom hardwood options, with choices spanning domestic and exotic wood species, finishes, colours, and profiles.

The Floor Shop provides in-home consultations at its Kingsway location, accurate measurements, detailed written estimates, and advice on preparation and installation. It installs the flooring it sells, using experienced, bonded, and insured installers familiar with nail-down, floating, and glue-down methods. Projects include homes and condos, basements, and installations over radiant heating. The company also offers hardwood stair products, including treads, balusters, rails, and pickets. Its showrooms support both residential customers and trade professionals, with flooring consultants available to explain product characteristics and help coordinate selections for renovation and building projects.
