The Fluid X is a brand founded by the sister team Wendy and Winnie Cheung, who are serial entrepreneurs with a passion for fitness, startups, and Korean drama. When the pandemic forced gyms to close, the sisters transitioned from training at the gym to training at home. Missing the sense of community and support at the gym, Wendy discovered aqua bag training, which inspired her to create The Fluid X.
