The Foundery is a Level 2 B-BBEE collective of people-centric entrepreneurs focused on developing and empowering entrepreneurs and catalysing scalable ventures. Established as an entrepreneurial catalyst in a changing and uncertain world, the organisation aims to propel capital growth for stakeholders and contribute to transformation and hope in communities. Its work centres on an internal incubator that supports both new and existing entrepreneurs through a four-phase development process.
The I-Founder phase is a one-month, part-time investment program for prospective entrepreneurs. In the Pioneering phase, participants develop and establish their businesses. The Established phase provides a three-year consolidation period, with support from strategic partners to help businesses grow.
Finally, the Scaling phase connects entrepreneurs with the private equity investor market to help expand their business models for a sustainable future. The Foundery invites entrepreneurs seeking to get their businesses off the ground, as well as people interested in supporting entrepreneurial development and empowerment, to get in touch
