About The Gathering Ottawa
The Gathering is a vibrant church community based in the Riverside South area of Ottawa, dedicated to connecting individuals with the love of Jesus. Central to its mission is fostering genuine relationships—whether with Jesus, family, friends, or the broader community. The Gathering aims to create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, with no gimmicks or pretenses.
Each Sunday, the church holds services at St. Francis Xavier High School, inviting newcomers and regular attendees alike to join in worship and spiritual growth. The Gathering offers a variety of programs, including a Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, and a Vacation Bible Camp designed for young participants, all aimed at nurturing faith and fellowship within families. Additionally, the church encourages community involvement through volunteering, and provides opportunities for members to deepen their faith and relationships through baptism and church membership. With engaging teaching series and events throughout the year, The Gathering seeks to be a place of growth, connection, and worship for all.
