The Good Fight Boxing Gym

The Good Fight Boxing Gym is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community boxing gym in Durango, Colorado. It uses traditional boxing education to support health, discipline, confidence, and personal empowerment, welcoming people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and beliefs. The gym aims to make boxing accessible in a safe, supportive community, where members can build physical fitness, mental clarity, and resilience while working toward their individual goals.

Its programs include boxing classes and fundamental training for people at different experience levels, as well as dedicated preparation for athletes pursuing USA Boxing-sanctioned competition. The gym also offers an introductory clinic, with class schedules and rates available through its website. Beyond training, The Good Fight supports its community through events, including Animus on the Animas and Legends on the Animas.

The nonprofit Good Fight Contribution Fund helps expand access to boxing education, equipment, and the gym’s community space. Contributions can also support athlete team sponsorships, event sponsorships, and general gym needs. The organization welcomes community contributions and seeks corporate sponsors and partners.
