About The Good Shop Mauritius
The Good Shop, established in December 2018, is a social enterprise that focuses on collecting household goods and clothing items that are no longer needed and selling them in their retail store. This initiative not only extends the useful life of goods but also contributes to waste reduction. Additionally, The Good Shop provides employment opportunities to individuals and communities facing barriers to employment, offering support, training, and fair wages.
A portion of the surplus generated by their enterprise goes towards a scholarship fund, enabling children facing poverty or hardships to access private education.
