About The Group the Musical
The Group The Musical is a vibrant theatre academy and community project located in Shrewsbury, UK. Founded by Heidi Brown, Dan Woodvine, Chloe Parry, and Natalie Weller, the academy focuses on promoting positive images of disability and mental health through the musical "The Group." This production tells the inspiring story of a support group for individuals with Autism in Shropshire, raising awareness about Autism in the process.
The Group The Musical provides a platform for individuals with Autism and other disabilities to showcase their talents and work together in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through acting, singing, and dancing, participants not only gain valuable performance skills but also build confidence and camaraderie.
