The Guthrie Depot is a historic venue in Guthrie, Oklahoma, offering a distinctive setting for weddings and private events. The newly restored building is the oldest surviving train station in Oklahoma and invites guests to experience a piece of the state’s railroad history. Known originally as the Santa Fe Depot, it was completed in 1903 after a flood destroyed the station’s original wooden structure in 1887.
Built to serve a growing city that would become Oklahoma’s capital, the depot once supported nine railroad lines and thirty-six passenger trains. It also housed what was described as the town’s finest Harvey House restaurant. Today, owners Adam and Abigail Ropp have carefully restored the landmark and transformed it into an event center that blends historic character with a memorable atmosphere.
The venue welcomes couples planning weddings as well as hosts organizing private events. Visitors can explore the space through a tour, and the website provides information about amenities, pricing, preferred vendors, and online booking
