About The Hermitage
The Hermitage is a brand that offers a range of products and services centered around meditation and mindfulness. Started by a group of like-minded individuals in 2012, The Hermitage began as a passionate community of friends who shared their personal meditation practices through the platform 'Singapore Free Meditation'. Over time, they expanded their offerings and deepened their meditation practice, eventually leading to the establishment of The Hermitage in 2017.
The Hermitage serves as a sanctuary in the city, providing a physical space for individuals to escape the busyness of life and explore Zen philosophy. They offer guided meditation sessions, workshops, and training programs led by experienced teachers, therapists, coaches, and healers. Their programs are designed to integrate meditative insights into daily life, fostering positive and joyful emotions.
