The Highlands

The Highlands is a luxury lifestyle subdivision set on elevated hills above Langs Beach and Waipu Cove in Northland, New Zealand. Its eight lifestyle blocks offer an opportunity to build a private coastal retreat amid rolling slopes, regenerating native bush and expansive Pacific Ocean views. From the homesites, residents can look across Bream Bay toward Whangārei Heads, Mangawhai and nearby islands.

The development places landscape and conservation at its heart, combining ecological restoration with considered planning to protect the area’s natural character. Native bush, coastal scenery and changing seasons shape a setting designed for both privacy and a connection with nature. The Highlands provides information about its land and location, along with house concept plans to help prospective buyers explore building possibilities.

Nearby Waipu and the surrounding area offer beaches, golf, surfing, boating, swimming, markets, restaurants and cafés. Mangawhai and Whangārei are also within driving distance, while the development’s website invites visitors to learn more about the subdivision and contact the sales team
