The House Cat is Ogden’s first cat café, located at 341 27th Street in Ogden, Utah, a few blocks from 25th Street. Founded by longtime friends Jenny and Christine, the café brings together coffee, community, and support for rescue cats. Guests can enjoy scratch-made pastries, house-made chai, and thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks in the café, or take their treats into the cozy cat lounge, where adoptable cats can be visited.
The lounge offers a welcoming setting for people to spend time with the cats as they await their forever homes. The House Cat also features events and an online shop, giving visitors additional ways to connect with the business and its mission. Community support and donations go toward the care and enrichment of the cats living at the café.
The café is open Monday through Friday from 8 a. m. to 6 p.
m., Saturday from 9 a. m. to 6 p.
