HummingBee Prenatal Retreats

The HummingBee offers five-day luxury pregnancy retreats and babymoons in the French countryside of South West France. Designed for expectant parents, the all-inclusive experience combines time to rest and connect with practical preparation for birth, breastfeeding and postpartum life. Guests stay in a countryside villa with en-suite rooms, peaceful outdoor spaces and a swimming pool, with scheduled group transfers from Bergerac and Bordeaux airports.

Each four-night retreat includes nourishing, plant-based meals prepared by an onsite chef, prenatal yoga, meditation, visualizations, birth and postpartum education, breastfeeding preparation, a prenatal massage and a creative workshop. Sessions are led by a team that includes a childbirth educator, prenatal yoga teacher, doula, breastfeeding specialist, photographer and holistic massage therapist. Retreats are held approximately every two months, with English as the main language and team members also speaking Dutch, German and French. Optional extras include a pregnancy photoshoot and post-retreat doula support. The HummingBee aims to help participants feel cared for, build confidence, make informed choices and prepare for the transition to parenthood, while enjoying a restorative stay with other mothers-to-be.
