About The Africa Social Impact Summit
The Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS) is a prominent platform for regional inclusive development conversations, organized by the Sterling One Foundation and the United Nations Global Compact. This summit brings together the private sector and impact investors, providing an opportunity for collaboration and innovation. ASIS aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, with a specific focus on areas such as climate solutions, circular economy, agriculture, renewable energy, education, health, and WASH.
The summit serves as a call for effective collaboration from all stakeholders in Africa's development sector, including government, civil society organizations, the private sector, and the development community. By embracing this opportunity and investing sustainably, Africa can create a better future for all. ASIS aims to move beyond goal setting and focuses on enacting and executing strategies that deliver tangible change and progress.
The upcoming second edition of ASIS, taking place on August 10-11, 2023, will gather over 2,000 business, policy, investment, and sustainability leaders. Participants will explore new strategies and solutions for business innovation, government collaboration, and social impact leadership to shape a prosperous economic future for the continent. Join ASIS to be a part of sustainable and effective action in Africa.
