'The Innate Mama'

The Innate Mama is a Mornington-based holistic massage and wellness practice led by Marisa, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Its approach combines traditional massage with alternative therapies, with care tailored to each person’s needs and overall well-being. Services include pregnancy massage to ease aches and encourage relaxation, postpartum massage to support recovery and relieve tension, and baby massage to foster connection and help ease wind, colic, and constipation.

The practice also offers postpartum doula support during the early weeks after birth and Mother Blessingway ceremonies to honour the transition into motherhood. Reiki is available to support balance and chakra alignment, while sound healing is intended to calm the nervous system and help release stress and anxiety. Deep tissue massage is also offered.
