Inner Compass Initiative (ICI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding individuals in making informed decisions about psychiatric drugs. Our mission is to support individuals in engaging in independent self-education and inner exploration, while collectively working to develop more interconnected, empowered, and resilient grassroots communities. We believe that each person possesses an innate wisdom, or "inner compass," that can guide them through life's challenges. Our vision is to create a future where individuals and communities flourish beyond psychiatric drugs and diagnoses.

Our projects, including The Withdrawal Project, TWP Connect, and Inner Compass Exchange, provide resources and networking opportunities for individuals who are considering, in the process of, or have experience with reducing or coming off psychiatric drugs. Additionally, our Learn/Unlearn section offers critical analyses of psychiatric drugs and alternative ways of understanding and navigating mental and emotional challenges.
