The Inner Voice

The Inner Voice, LLC is a wellness practice founded by Anna Antanies, a certified hypnotherapist with more than 25 years of specialized experience in integrative medicine. Based in Sparta, New Jersey, the practice serves individuals and groups in private, medical, corporate, educational, and wellness settings, as well as through virtual sessions. Its services include hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and Healing Touch, with care tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

Hypnotherapy uses relaxation, focused attention, verbal suggestions, and imagery to help clients explore underlying concerns and work toward change without reliving trauma. Meditation offerings introduce practices that support calm, awareness, and a deeper sense of connection. Healing Touch uses light or near-body touch and focused intention to address energetic balance; clients remain fully clothed and can choose a comfortable position. The practice emphasizes practical tools that help clients apply changes in daily life and reconnect with their sense of self. Anna also works with groups and offers private sessions, and invites prospective clients to arrange a free consultation.
