The Japanese Pantry aims to change that by offering a platform for these carefully crafted items to shine and be easily accessible to consumers. Co-founders Greg Dunmore, an acclaimed San Francisco chef, and Chris Bonomo, a passionate home cook, have fostered relationships with artisanal producers in Japan to bring their incredible products to the US market.
