About the Kotel
The Western Wall Heritage Foundation, established by the Ministry of Religion, is dedicated to preserving and developing the Western Wall sites. They offer a range of products and services to provide visitors with a meaningful and enriching experience. Visitors can explore the Western Wall Tunnels and discover ancient subterranean spaces with remarkable archaeological findings, such as stone arches, water pits, and an ancient water aqueduct.
The newly launched Great Bridge Route offers a unique tour route in the Western Wall Tunnels. For those interested in their family history, the Journey to Jerusalem experience takes you on a 2,000-year journey from the destruction of the Second Temple to its liberation. Additionally, visitors can have a virtual tour of the Second Temple using advanced virtual-reality technology or explore the Chain of Generations Center, which showcases the journey of the Jewish nation through past generations.
With the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, you can have a deeply immersive and educational experience at one of the most sacred sites in Jerusalem
