The Links Lane Cove

The Links Lane Cove is a boutique residential development offering nine luxury apartments in a distinctive setting beside Chatswood Golf Course. Designed exclusively for people aged over 55, the development presents a limited opportunity for residents seeking a refined lifestyle surrounded by Australian bushland and open fairway views. Most apartments enjoy panoramic, north-facing outlooks across the golf course, and all have been designed to make the most of their northern aspect.

Stylish, sophisticated interiors are paired with the natural scenery, while indoor and outdoor living areas flow together to create connected spaces that take advantage of the location. The outlook changes after dark, when the surrounding greenery gives way to views of the Chatswood skyline lights. The Links Lane Cove’s offering centres on its carefully appointed apartments and their relationship to the landscape, combining golf-course vistas, bushland surroundings and thoughtfully integrated living areas in an intimate residential setting.

Its focus is on providing an uncommon, location-led home environment for older residents who value comfort, scenery and a sense of exclusivity
