The Little Charm Academy is an Austrian educational brand helping children aged 6 to 12 develop social skills, confidence and modern etiquette. Founded by Teresa Auersperg-Zaksek, a qualified kindergarten teacher and trained tourism professional, the Academy combines her educational background with experience in international private aviation. Its approach emphasizes empathy, respectful communication and self-assurance rather than rigid rules of conduct.

In-person courses take place in the historic private rooms of Schloss Goldegg in Lower Austria, where children learn through practical activities. They experience table manners at a properly set table, using real porcelain and cutlery, and are encouraged to take responsibility. Sessions are designed for small groups of up to ten children and last approximately three hours. The Academy also offers an online course, alongside in-person learning, and shares etiquette inspiration and practical tips through Instagram. The 2026 in-person courses are fully booked, with dates for 2027 expected to be announced.
