The Lombardi Project creates practice and analysis tools for Super Smash Bros. Melee players, drawing on the creator’s experience reaching 61st in the world with Falco. Its offerings are designed to help players build technical consistency, rehearse specific situations, and review ranked performance.

The Tech Skill Timer provides 35 Falco techniques, each paired with a demonstration clip. Players can choose a ready-made routine or create their own, set the duration for each drill, and practise techniques in sequence or in shuffled order. The Savestates catalog offers prepared practice scenarios against a chosen character, supplied in both memory card and Dolphin savestate formats. Savestates are available as a one-time purchase and include lifetime updates.

The project also features Slippi Ranked Stats, a separate desktop application for Windows and macOS. It reads a player’s replay folder and summarizes ranked play through matchup and stage breakdowns, session details, rating history, and set grades.
