The London Centre

The London Centre is a specialist, psychology-led eating disorder clinic offering expert outpatient care for people of all ages. Its multidisciplinary team includes clinical and counselling psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, family therapists and occupational therapists, with clinicians specialising in eating, body image and self-esteem difficulties. The clinic is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and provides personalised, evidence-based treatment grounded in compassion, collaboration and respect for each person’s needs.

The team treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID and OSFED, as well as emotional eating, body dysmorphic disorder and related concerns. Care can also address co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism and low self-esteem. Services include talking therapies, psychiatric assessment and treatment, dietetics, occupational therapy, family therapy, recovery coaching and an intensive outpatient programme. Support is available for children and adolescents, with guidance for parents and carers.
