Material Concierge is a digital material library for interior design studios, connecting physical samples with the product information and documents supplied by manufacturers. Its purpose is to make materials easier to identify, compare and manage, so teams can find a sample’s supplier, specifications and colour without relying on memory, scattered files or individual colleagues’ knowledge.

Studios can use the app to photograph a sample’s label and surface; AI helps identify the product, supplier and specifications. They can also arrange an on-site service to have their existing library recorded. Material Concierge works with suppliers to maintain information, including updates to collections, standards and discontinued items, and follows up with manufacturers when details are missing.

The platform includes a searchable library and growing product catalogue, document and certificate storage, product comparisons, project organisation, PDF product sheets, data export, and sample or quotation requests to suppliers. It is offered free, with unlimited sample scans and no payment details required.
