The Missing Piece is a West Seattle community game café designed as a welcoming place for friends and families to gather, relax, eat, and play. Located on California Avenue, it combines a café with a broad selection of board games and event facilities. Visitors can enjoy locally sourced food, craft coffee, and tea, and choose from more than 200 games available to play for free. The shop also sells games, accepts used games for resale, and can hold games for pickup; customers may call ahead to order café items or request a game hold.

Guests can reserve a specific table or select one based on their group’s space needs. Private rooms are available to rent for special gatherings and other activities. The Missing Piece hosts events, with an online calendar where visitors can browse activities, buy tickets, or reserve seats. It also offers Wi-Fi and e-gift cards. With reservations, food, games, and flexible gathering spaces under one roof, the café aims to make its community feel at home.
