The Moon Dog Farm is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located near Chicago, IL, committed to providing compassionate care for homeless companion animals facing physical challenges and medical needs. Founded by animal welfare advocate Jill Angelo in 2016, the organization focuses on rescuing and fostering animals that require specialized attention, including dogs, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

At The Moon Dog Farm, every resident receives 24-hour on-site care, individualized attention, and full veterinary services, including chiropractic and acupuncture treatments when needed.
