The Mulberry Community

The Mulberry Community is a specialist care provider in East Sussex and part of Integrum Care Group. It brings together three homes: Mulberry House and Southdowns Nursing Home in St Leonards-on-Sea, and Cavell House in Shoreham-by-Sea. The community provides residential, nursing and respite care for adults with complex or changing needs, with support tailored to each person’s circumstances, preferences and routines.

Mulberry House offers specialist care for people with long-term and complex needs, including acquired or traumatic brain injuries, neurodegenerative conditions, cognitive impairment and palliative care needs. Southdowns provides residential and nursing care for people living with dementia and other complex needs, including additional behavioural support. Cavell House delivers residential, nursing and respite care in a coastal setting.

Across its homes, The Mulberry Community emphasises compassionate, person-centred support, dignity, independence and wellbeing. Teams work with residents and their families to create safe, welcoming environments and adapt care as needs change.
