The Nordic Pirate LLC

The Nordic Pirate is a licensed fishing guide service based in northwest Oregon, offering guided trips on the region’s rivers, lakes, bays, estuaries, and Pacific coast. The service fishes waters including the Columbia, Trask, Willamette, and Deschutes rivers, with trips tailored to the season and target species. Freshwater outings focus on Chinook and Coho salmon, steelhead, trout, kokanee, and sturgeon. Saltwater trips offer opportunities to catch salmon, lingcod, rockfish, black cod, and halibut, while seasonal crabbing can be added to fishing outings.

Trip options include north coast river fishing, ocean and bay fishing, trout and kokanee trips, salmon fishing, steelhead fishing, sturgeon catch-and-release, and crabbing. Rates are listed at $250 per person, with minimum and maximum group sizes varying by trip; most require at least two people. The site invites guests to book online or call for reservations and offers information about fishing seasons, tackle, reports, and local events. The guide is USCG and Oregon licensed and CPR and First Aid certified.
