The Northern Elite is a Canadian high-performance volleyball academy offering indoor and beach training for athletes seeking to develop their skills and prepare for the next level. Its programs are guided and coached by current or former professional volleyball players, including Team Canada Olympians. The academy brings elite athletes together from across the Greater Toronto Area to train and compete in a “best on best” environment.
Offerings include youth beach volleyball programs for U14–U18 athletes, introductory beach training for U13s, adult small-group training, private and small-group sessions, and a semi-professional beach academy for selected athletes aged 19 and older. Training may include technical, tactical and mental development, video analysis, strength and conditioning programming, competitive sessions, and equipment. Some programs also offer media days or optional coaching opportunities.
The Northern Elite aims to support volleyball’s growth in Canada, with a focus on youth development. It also helps athletes navigate U Sport and NCAA recruitment and connect with resources for pursuing opportunities at the next level.

What does The Northern Elite's branding look like?
The Northern Elite uses a compact “NE” monogram with fine, angular linework rather than a conventional full-name wordmark, set against a black header. Its visual language combines condensed athletic display lettering and tightly spaced uppercase labels with black, warm sand-gold, white, and charcoal; beach-volleyball photography, strong dark overlays, and bold high-contrast blocks give it a competitive academy feel.
What are The Northern Elite's brand colors?
The The Northern Elite color palette uses the hex codes #D6BC88, #926100 and #FFFFFF.
