Welcome to The Observer Building in Hastings. Whether you're looking to host a meeting, attend an event, or find a workspace, we have you covered. By becoming a part of the Hastings Commons, together we can shape this important and historic neighborhood.
Built in 1924 for FJ Parsons Ltd and left abandoned in 1985, the iconic Observer Building has undergone a major refurbishment since being purchased by Hastings Commons in 2019. Now, it is home to a variety of businesses including offices, co-working spaces, and 1066 Crossfit. The building's revival has breathed new life into the area.
To learn more about the building's rich history and our future plans, visit the Our Story section on our website. You can find us at 53 Cambridge Road, Hastings, TN34 1DT. For inquiries, contact us at 01424 230222 or email us at info@hastingscommons.
