The Open Door Lewes

The Open Door Lewes is a welcoming therapy and wellbeing space in the centre of Lewes, providing rooms for independent complementary healthcare professionals. Its nine light, spacious and simply furnished rooms are suitable for individual treatments, classes, workshops and group activities. Practitioners and visitors can also enjoy the tranquil garden next door, while on-site administrative staff are available on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Independent practitioners based at The Open Door offer a broad range of approaches to health and wellbeing, including acupuncture, massage, counselling, psychotherapy, craniosacral therapy, EMDR, breathwork, meditation, homeopathy, sound therapy and somatic therapy. Allergy testing and treatment are also available. The venue’s Events Room hosts classes and workshops, with activities such as yoga, qigong, meditation and community groups. The Open Door provides room hire and information about its space, classes, events and practitioner directory. Practitioners manage their own schedules and appointments, and are responsible for the services they provide.
