The organisation describes three specialist groups: the Campus Squad, supporting institutional stakeholders; the Commercial Squad, helping fund and deliver facilities; and the Sport Squad, connecting players, coaches and community participants. Its work spans research, fundraising, planning, design, construction, safeguarding, coaching and programme coordination.
