The Painting Table is a mobile miniature-painting experience serving the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Its mission is to welcome people into the hobby by making it easy to sit down and paint: sessions are free, supplies are provided, and participants are welcome to bring a miniature from home. The team hosts monthly sessions at The Silver Key Lounge in Mesa, weekend Paint & Take events at tabletop gaming conventions such as MaricopaCon and RinCon, and activities at larger events including Tucson Comic-Con and Phoenix Fan Fusion.
At Paint & Take events, attendees can choose a first miniature free from a selection, and bringing your own mini is encouraged. The Painting Table also sells a small, curated range of miniatures, brushes, paints, sets, and kits for tabletop gaming. For event organizers, it offers group painting sessions and event services, supplying paints, brushes, lighting, and other essentials.
The business also provides 3D resin printing for figures customers find or create themselves. Painting commissions are not currently offered
