The Panacea Method®, a House of Panacea brand created by practising GP Asha, supports high-achieving women who appear to be coping but feel disconnected from themselves. Drawing on clinical knowledge and psychological frameworks, it offers a structured, evidence-based approach to wellbeing. The method is not therapy or coaching, and is not intended to replace therapy or psychiatric care; it is designed for women who are functioning but want to understand and change how they are living.
Its central offering is an eight-week Circle for a small group of eight women. Support continues after the Circle through one-to-one follow-up, a Reunion Circle three months later and a private WhatsApp community. The next Circle is planned for 2027, with dates to be confirmed, and a waitlist is available. Asha also offers private one-to-one support, available now, for a minimum of three months or on an ongoing monthly basis. This option includes direct access by phone and email.
